Half the time it's just a pocketful of lint packed into the port. We'll clean it out, and if the port really is cactus, we'll replace it.

Water damage

Turn it off, don't try to charge it, skip the bag of rice and get it to us quickly. The sooner we get it open, the better the odds.

Speakers, mic, ports and buttons cleaned out. Amazing what a difference it makes to call quality.

We'll move your photos, contacts and messages across from the old phone to the new one.
